The Buyauthentic.com web page is an auction platform for collectors and dealers of Ancient objects and his accessories (books, multimedia etc.). The objects can be sold at fixed prices and by highest bid auctions. This platform is a monitored sales side, i.e. all Ancient auctions are checked for obvious fake features by an expert before started
§2 use of the platform
The use of the platform presupposes a registration. There isn't a claim to registration to the Buyauthenic.com web site. The registration is free of charge. It is made by opening of a user account under consent and others to these AGB. With the registration a contract becomes effective in the following between Buyauthentic.com and the user about the use of the Buyauthentic.com web site: Use "contract" condition. The registration is permitted to only legal entities and unrestrictedly competent individual persons. A registration is forbidden to particularly minors. §5 fees

The doubtful object can be send by the buyer through insured parcel to the given address. The experts decide after appearance or by a scientific examination about the doubt. The decision of the experts is definite for the two contract parties. Sellers particularly wave every right of law at rejection of the object(s) by the committee.
§10 exemption
The user exempts Buyauthentic.com from all claims which assert other users or other third parties because of violation of her rights by offers and contents stopped to the Buyauthentic.com Web site by the member or because of the other use of the Buyauthentic.com Web site (including the assessments handed in by him) opposite Buyauthentic.com. The user also takes on the costs of the necessary on the right defense of Buyauthentic.com of inclusively all court and legal expenses at it. §11 applicable right and place of jurisdiction

Buyauthentic.com reserves the right to change this AGB any time and without mentioning any reason. The member will receive notice of the changed conditions at least 2 weeks before they become effective. When the member does not contradict the validity of the new AGB within two weeks the changed AGB are regarded as accepted. Provided that a regulation of this AGB is ineffective, the other regulations remain untouched of this.
